Long, long ago, in a heavenly realm, there was a powerful being named Jesus Christ. Everyone in the universe knew Him by another name too – “Emmanuel,” which means “God with us.” Jesus had a very special job – He was like a mirror reflecting God’s love and glory to everyone.
Now, imagine a world covered in darkness, like a room without any light. People in this room couldn’t see the love and goodness of God because of the darkness. But Jesus, being the true light, came to this dark world to show everyone God’s love. He was like a bright torch, shining and showing the way in the dark.
In Heaven, there were also angels. Angels are like God’s messengers, and they help and care for people on Earth. They sing beautiful songs about God’s love and bring little sparks of Heaven’s light to the world. But the most wonderful thing is that through Jesus, people can see and feel the love of God directly. When they look at Jesus, they see a God who gives, shares, and loves unconditionally.
However, not all was well in Heaven. An angel named Lucifer became greedy and wanted more power for himself. He wanted to be the most important one. Lucifer told lies about God and made some angels and people doubt God’s love. Because of his selfishness and lies, darkness spread in the world, like clouds covering the sun.
But amidst this darkness, nature still reflected God’s love. Birds in the sky, animals on the ground, and even the tiniest plants served and helped each other. The sun shone brightly, giving warmth to all. The rain nourished the land, and flowers spread their fragrance. Every part of nature was like a tiny note in a beautiful song about God’s love.
Yet, the darkness caused by Lucifer’s lies made people forget about God’s true nature. They started to think of God as harsh and unkind. But God, being full of love, wanted to prove these thoughts wrong and show His true self.
And so, Jesus came to Earth to be with us and to remind everyone of God’s endless love. He told people, “I don’t do things for myself. I do them because of my Father’s love.” Jesus taught that life’s most important rule is to give, share, and love just like God does. By knowing and following Jesus, people could once again see the light and love of God amidst the darkness.
And that’s the tale of how, even in a world with shadows and darkness, the light of God’s love, reflected through Jesus, shines the brightest.
